Three plans.No add-on tiers.

Pick the half of the operating system you need, or the bundle. Maya answers your phone. Fixalo runs your back office. Both work better together — but you don’t have to buy them together.

Pick your plan

Match it to the pain.

These aren’t good / better / best. They’re three products for three different problems. Most one-person shops want both.

    • One subscription, one Stripe portal
    • Tap-and-hold to talk; tap to switch to your inbox
  • I'm drowning in admin.

    • Google Calendar — book, move, read back the day
    • Customer-facing SMS through your business number

What it replaces

The math is on your side.

One flat bill in place of the patchwork most one-person shops cobble together — or skip entirely and lose leads to voicemail.

What you’d pay todayTypical cost
Part-time receptionist (20 hrs/week)$1,800–2,500/mo
Answering service$300–600/mo
AI receptionist (Goodcall-class)$60–80/mo
Bookkeeper or invoice clerk$400–800/mo
Scheduling + CRM SaaS stack$50–150/mo
Fixalo bundle$119/mo

One emergency call you would have lost to voicemail covers Maya for four months. Everything past that is upside.

How the cap works

We cap our cost. You never pay overage.

Each plan has a built-in cap on the underlying provider cost we cover for you — voice transport, transcription, text-to-speech, LLM, SMS. If a heavy month would push past the cap, we pause non-essential agent activity and email + text you before it does.

  • Maya alone — $40 of provider cost / month
  • Fixalo alone — $75 of provider cost / month
  • Bundle — $99 of provider cost / month

Nobody pays an overage. Nobody runs us into the ground subsidizing one heavy month.

Most shops never come close. The platform tracks every per-call cost down to the cent so we know what “typical” looks like; you can see your own usage anytime in the customer portal.

Try it for 14 days, free

Card on file. Cancel anytime.

  • 14days free, then your selected plan’s monthly rate. You’re not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
  • No setup call. Connect QuickBooks, connect your calendar, point your forwarding to Maya. Ten minutes from signup to your first call answered.
  • Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the customer portal — no phone tree, no retention queue.

Where pricing is going

Honest about what’s next.

Today: three flat plans with the built-in caps above. Whether your shop fields five calls a week or fifty, you pay the same.

Soon: a pay-as-you-go option for shops that want to pay for exactly what they use. The flat plans stay available, and tenants who signed up at today’s rates are grandfathered for as long as their subscription stays active. We won’t raise the rate on you mid-stream and announce it after.

We’re building it on real usage data, not a guess. The rate card will be public before the option ships so you can compare.

Frequently asked

The honest answers.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes — anytime, from the Stripe customer portal. Add Maya to your Fixalo subscription, or drop one product to keep the other. Stripe prorates the change to the day.
Why $119 for the bundle when separately it's $148?
Because most solo trade businesses end up wanting both, and we'd rather make the bundle the obvious pick than nickel-and-dime. The $29/mo savings is real — same as paying for ten months and getting two free.
What's the cap on each plan?
Each plan has a built-in cap on our underlying provider cost (voice transport, transcription, TTS, LLM, SMS). If a tenant's usage in a calendar month would push past the cap, we pause non-essential agent activity and email + text you before it does. Maya alone caps at $40 of provider cost. Fixalo alone at $75. Bundle at $99. Nobody pays an overage.
What if I drive your costs above the cap during the free trial?
Trials are capped the same way. Very rare for a trial to cross — we'll reach out before continuing. No silent shutoffs, no surprise charges.
Do you charge extra for QuickBooks, Calendar, or the phone number?
No. Every integration is included in the plan price. The phone number Maya answers on is provisioned through us — you don't bring or pay for one separately.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time from the Stripe portal — no email forms, no phone tree, no retention queue.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
QuickBooks data stays in your QuickBooks — we never owned it. Your call records, leads, and dictated notes can be exported on request. After cancel, we delete the rest within 30 days unless you ask us to keep it.

Ready when you are.
